Exchanges and returns

General

Products must be returned in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, unworn in its original box and undamaged. Any products that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted. 

All customers that purchased via our website are eligible to exchange or return their items within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Exchange is available Australia-wide for online orders. The postage incurred is covered by Tippi. Please note that we can only arrange exchanges for items shipped within Australia. 

Exchange in person is available for WA customers only. Please note that the location for exchange will be at one of our popup stalls in WA metro areas.

The selected product has to be of an equal or higher value, you will be charged for the difference between the purchase price of the original product and the selected exchange product.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@studiotippi.com.au, and include the followings:

  • Order number
  • Items you would like to exchange and the size required
  • Photos of the items to be exchanged

Returns

All items except final sale are eligible for store credit. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@studiotippi.com.au, and include the followings:

  • Order number
  • Items you would like to return
  • Photos of the items to be returned

Australian return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $10.60 and is couriered via Australia Post. This fee is deducted from the total returned value. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Western Australia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we can only arrange returns for items shipped within Australia.
